R-101-18 is a two component half pound, low density, open cell, spray applied, rigid polyurethane foam system. Water based system is used as the blowing agent. The product is used as high adhesion strength on various surface and high sound insulation with diffusion values on different surfaces.

Application Guidelines

• Maintain the mixing ratio of each component exactly as specified above.
• Ensure raw material temperatures are approximately 130°F during spraying.
• During application, maintain component pressure between 1250–1300 PSI.
• Apply foam in lifts with a thickness of 0.75" to 1.5" per layer.
• Maintain an ambient temperature between 41°F and 104°F during application.
• Ensure relative humidity remains below 85%.

• It is critical to maintain the specified temperature conditions to achieve optimal polyurethane performance, including proper adhesion, foam appearance, and curing.

• Ensure adequate air supply to the mixing head to achieve consistent and thorough material mixing.

• It is recommended to verify system suitability before routine production to ensure consistent application quality.
