Overall, I will not purchase Closed Cell Spray Foam SLOW RISE- Injection Foam for Existing Wall Cavities, Drill and Fill again. I was disappointed in the coverage, it definitely did not cover 600 board feet, more like 400ish. As well, it expands for at least 36 hours up to 48 so factor that in.
For me, I have a stucco house with plaster and lath textured walls, so this was the perfect solution for insulation with minimum repairs to the original textured interior plaster and lath walls. It didn't work out so well, some of my walls ended up buckling, the foam expanded for another 36 hours so after I filled the holes with easy sand and retextured, some walls buckled, some walls buckled and cracked, some just cracked. :-(
If you are using this product, I'd recommend to drill 2 holes, one at the very top near the ceiling and one 2/3's up off the floor. The hole closest to the ceiling is bc the foam really doesn't expand as much as you think. My wall bays at the top are empty; verified with a thermal reading tool/app.
As you spray, it falls to the bottom of the bay so skip the bottom hole, 2/3's up is ok. I'd strongly recommend to fill the holes slowly over 2 days as it's needs to harden as it continues to expand. I'd spray about 10-15 seconds into the first hole, make your way around the room and then close the tanks, take the tip off and clean the gun tip... Wait a few hours, do round 2 of spraying, do round 3, etc... This may save you from having your walls buckle and from over filling.

Ive used alot of this stuff, shake well, temp is crutial and clean surface and clean gun keeps it spraying decent! For the do it yourselfer such as myself!
