How To Use
Wear your protective gear including safety glass, plastic hand gloves, and a protective work suit.
Thoroughly clean and dry the area you want to apply the foam
Ensure the tanks are between 75° F to 85° F, and if not, you can either allow them to cool down or warm them up. Do not use open flames or a blow torch to warm the tank. You can do so by keeping them at room temperature or bringing them close to an electric heater.
Fix your spray foam insulation kit as specified in the manual by securely connecting the hoses to the tanks. Then apply petroleum jelly on the spray gun face before attaching the nozzle. Shake the canisters for at least 3 mins.
Spray evenly on the intended surface by squeezing the trigger. Also, keep in mind that the spray foam rises in size and solidifies after a few minutes.
The application temperature should be 65° F or above the get the best yield.
It is recommended that you change the nozzle after 8 minutes of continuous spraying or if you stop spraying for about 30 seconds.

First let me say I don't write reviews very often. I had an issue with one of the kits I purchased. I believe that the gun was bad. This caused me not to get the correct mixture of produce coming out the gun. I reached out by email and the next day I had a response. A great response! I was simply asked a few questions and they shipped me what I needed at zero cost. I have used this product 4 times now it it does what it should. The temperature is key as they tell you. It does also appear that you get the 600 feet out of it. It's messy when doing ceilings but that is expected. I'm glad to see a company stand behind their product.

Overall satisfied with the product. It had good coverage. The only negative is the gun/sprayer was pretty cheap and couldn’t handle that much foam/ heat. Even when changing the nozzles, it seemed like the gun couldn’t handle the pressure/ chemical reaction.

I was happy with the ease of use with this product. It didn't take long to get the hang of it. Definitely recommend using extra petroleum jelly or A&D on face and wrists as well as spray gun. Use shoe covers or disposable footwear and cover anything you don't want covered with foam splotches. Out of 10 sets, 2 of the guns were defective and Vega Bond made it right with me giving me a good discount to make up for lost material.

Let me start by saying I am happy with this product and the service from Vegabond. I knew this was going to be a lot of work since it is all overhead in our ceiling. We had minor issues with tips staying on and a gun broke. We ended up losing some of the product and had quite a mess. Customer service helped us with cost as I needed more canisters. We are building a 1200 sq ft home, basic roof line, and a 4/12 pitch. The calculator said it would take 7 kits to achieve 3” thick for ceiling to consider it r-30 ish rating. It actually took 10 and I could probably use 1 more to touch up some areas that appear thin. If you are a DIY person this is great but remember to cover everything and be prepared to clean up overspray mess.

Been using this for a few years on my full home renovation, and it's the best option for convenience, since I don't have to spray the whole house or a whole room all at once. I can open and use the cans as I go and not worry about having to stop like I would if I was using large cannisters and hoses.
